Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Upside! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Pre-Order Items
Some items may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items are not ready to ship immediately and may take approximately 3–6 weeks to process and ship.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once the pre-order item is available. In some cases, we may ship available items separately.
Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order items are subject to change due to production, high demand, or carrier delays. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Upside ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Upside is not liable for packages shipped to the wrong address if the incorrect address was entered at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Upside is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Stolen Items
Upside is not liable for any products that are damaged or stolen after delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Unfortunately, once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
Lost Orders
If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to us at support@shopupsideclothing.com with your order number and any relevant details. We will assist you in locating your package and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Failed Delivery Due to Invalid Address
If your order cannot be delivered due to an invalid or incomplete address, we will coordinate with the postal service to attempt rerouting. If the package is returned to us, we will notify you and arrange to reship it to a corrected address. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
