Cancellation policy

To cancel an order, please email us at support@shopupsideclothing.com before your order has been fulfilled. 

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. For those orders, please refer to our [Returns Policy] for information on returns and refunds.

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund, which may take 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Please note that pre-ordered items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
